A single FlexiBowl® can handle a wide range of parts from 5 to 50 mm and weighing up to 100g, eliminating the need for multiple units typically required in conventional systems

Flexibility : Pulse speed, acceleration, and frequency are easily adjustable, ensuring optimal separation for each part and allowing for frequent production changeovers. The electronic and mechanical systems operate together, streamlining software programming and reprogramming

Cleanroom : This option is fully certified for operation in ISO 5 Cleanrooms in accordance with ISO 14644-1 standards, while still retaining all the advanced features and capabilities that FlexiBowl® also offers for efficient and flexible part handling in clearoom

Easy to reprogram : FlexiBowl® is reprogrammable and can be enhanced with additional options to adapt to production line changes. Its parameters are easy to modify for maximum flexibility
