Unigripper develops advanced foam gripper solutions engineered with a unique patented valve technology that selectively applies vacuum only to the products being handled.

See how our Layergripper 1250 × 850 mm efficiently depalletizes full layers of sugar packages up to 180 kg. The vacuum is generated by a side channel blower, delivering a high volumetric airflow combined with a low pressure differential.

HOW IT WORKS ?

Each suction hole in the foam contains a small ball that moves up and down, acting as a valve. This system works automatically: when there is no product underneath, the ball moves and seals the hole, preventing any loss of vacuum. When a product is present, the ball moves to allow suction.

No adjustments are needed when the layer size or layout changes, which helps save energy. The gripping force stays the same, whether you are handling a single item or a full layer.
