TRADITIONAL
In Traditional Mode, FlexiBowl performs the process in three sequential and independent phases :
-Dropping of parts from the bulk feeder
-Separating / singulation using the pulse generator and disk rotation
-Picking by the robot in the dedicated sector

FLEXITRACK
FlexiTrack Mode transforms FlexiBowl into a continuous circular conveyor :
-The vision system processes parts continuously, just before the picking area
-The robot and the vision system work simultaneously, improving throughput
-The system advances parts continuously using controlled bidirectional rotation

-Higher throughput
-Stable cycle time with smaller footprint
-Ideal for synchronous robot/vision applications
MULTIPLE PARTS FEEDING
Multiple Parts Feeding allows a single FlexiBowl to feed up to six different part types simultaneously :
-The system manages multiple geometries, sizes or materials at the same time
-Vision + robot identify each part type individually
-No need to retool or switch feeders between part types
Benefits :
-Extremely fast changeovers
-Major reduction in feeder count
