The foam pad is mounted on a dedicated foam‑carrier plate that can be lifted off the gripper body in seconds, giving immediate access to the internal components. Once the carrier is removed, the filter cassette becomes fully accessible for quick cleaning, effectively stopping dust and debris from entering the vacuum channels or the ejectors. This smart design keeps the system clean, protects the vacuum performance and significantly extends the lifetime of the gripper.
